Our clients hire us to complete "one-off" projects and/or when they are temporarily short of staff and just need help for a specific amount of time. With our temporary assistance, your projects and temporary work get handled with one phone call. We can handle pretty much any sales or service project you need help with and when the work is done, you cut us loose!
The simple answer is you can assign any project that you do not have time for.
We Help Dealers usually receives three primary types of projects:
1) The projects needed because of staffing shortages and/or oversights. Examples include incentive collections, co-op submissions, labor (warranty) rate increase requests.
2) The projects needed because of the special automotive industry expertise required. Examples include website maintenance and management of social media.
3) The "one-off" projects. These are unique projects that usually require detailed analysis with multiple variables. Examples include commission plans and pricing strategy.
In short, you can assign any project that you need handled.

For most clients, interim projects can last between 1–5 days however we can also help you with longer term projects that can last 2-3+ months. We work on your schedule to get the results you want, when you want them, for as long as you need.
You can cancel at any time. While we are maintaining a 96% return rate with none of our clients cancelling, we do include a one day cancellation policy. If, for any reason you do not want to proceed with a project assignment, just let us know.
What happens at your dealership, stays at your dealership. We understand your business matters should be left private. Because of this, we offer a non-disclosure agreement, so you can feel comfortable knowing we will not share your circumstances.
Because of our non-disclosure clause built into every agreement, we cannot disclose our client list. That stated, some of our clients provide unsolicited reviews. If that's not enough, ask around. We help so many dealers, we're confident you will hear about our results.
